We have been able to secure just one piece of the highly sought after and ‘sold out’ David Bowie 2oz gold proof version. One of just 100 struck for worldwide distribution. The 2oz version was originally due to be released on Bowie’s birthday 8th January following on from the hugely successful and also sold out 1oz version. COVID delays meant the official release date became 23rd January 2021. The 2oz design differs slightly from the previously issued coins, the lightning bolt appears laced with stardust to create a glitter effect.
