The 2025 Royal Arms 1oz gold coin is a bullion coin that celebrates the British monarchy. As in previous years it will feature the British royal coat of arms on the reverse side which will be recognisable to British residents as the crest used on passports and government documents. The shield is divided into quarters representing England, Scotland, Ireland, and Wales, adorned with a ribbon featuring the text “Dieu et mon droit” (God and my right) and “Honi soit qui mal y pense” (Shame on him who thinks evil of it). The central shield is supported by a lion and a unicorn, while a crown sits above it.

The obverse of the coin will feature the official portrait of King Charles III by Martin Jennings.
